You must have a little tiny prick! But a fucking loud one! I have worked for the company for great amount of time. Nobody I know could stand him. At Amgen his going away party was actually a get the fuck out of here celebration!

Just the fact that our bonuses have disappeared and we are working 20 hrs a day now instead of 16 ought to tell you something you worthless uncaring, ruthless Son of a bitch (Sounds like I am describing Greg)

As an employee and shareholder the entire group from CEO to VP of Sales needs to retire or get fired! This group has returned no shareholder value, stock should be double where it is. Fantastic drugs with zero marketing plan for success. Two failing launches and sales force who actually drive sales are dissatisfied or quit! Time for the whole group to leave!
 






Amen brother. Well said. Time for a Huge change in upper management. Don't think it's going to happen. Just had a meeting with 5 managers there, a little over kill. Don't these people have anything to do but sit I our meetings? How many managers do we need to manage us? Time to trim that layer of fat from the company. Most managers only have 6-7 reps or less Due to vacancies. Wtf?
 






How can we make it through another NSM without hearing how his daughters tennis lessons are going? Maybe TC can put out some misspelllled words to the sales force to calm all of us. It will go something like "GS leaving has no bearing on your merit increase or lack there of.....come to think about it NOTHING you do day in and day out has any bearing. If you get too close we'll increase your quota to unattainable levels to ensure we don't ever have to pay you home team cheaps!! Am I keeping you you awake Julie? Besides if you and your teams aren't at 100% across the board then they have not met our fictious goal setting and therefore you as an RBD will be directed to start issueing PIP's. Like I said everything will be status quo with or without GS." ......oops he already has said all that. Well maybe he can talk more about the thresh hold of stress and how if your not already on prozac then your not truely in the game like I want!

In the industry for 25+ in different companies and countries. Seen them come and go. Greg Stea is among the finest both professionally and personally that I have ever come across. I wish him and his family the very best. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with him.
 
























Most people who left for Medco didn't leave for Orbactiv, crappy drug. They left because they were sick of being MICRO MANAGED!! Two day field rides one a month? You might as well work for Merck. Some companies empower their reps to run their own business, but not cubist. Get rid of the crappy managers!
