That first sentence sounds like a disclaimer, not a statement about upholding integrity and ethics. It’s that ‘I robbed the bank YESTERDAY and it was in the past so it doesn’t count rule’.

About as uncomfortable as having your company featured on 60 Minutes for price fixing and your CEO having settled insider trading charges to avoid jail time ?

I assume the general counsel has been keeping the CEO and others properly informed. But...you know the sayings "birds of a feather flock together"

Employees will have the opportunity to interview for open positions. Is this what you waited for? None of it is true. But you are all acting like naughty school children so you deserved a good scare. Stop getting your news from social media and gossip driven coworkers. This is bad for motivation, your career and your family. So put the tabloids away and go back to what you enjoy...doing your job, meeting with customers and helping patients. The change of view can do us all some good.

For our GC, I’d opt for odor lock and the ultimate strength, only because he stinks, a lot.
