Let's take as much money as we can away from the salesforce.
Why? tTo bring in Galderma's unis t and dollar goal. One is not good enough.

Let's divise a scheme to pay on a scale from 80% to 150%
Let's tell the salesforce in January misleading quota setting information
Let's raise 2nd quarter goals so high that we save $

It's all about the MONEY now. Perks and commission should no longer incentivise a salesforce. They should be happy with base pay, a car, and gas. Throw out a few power points to them now and then. Oh yeah, charge them for the power points on the W2.

Read the tutorial real close on the new system, micro manage us more please.

THIS WILL WORKS FOR 2 MORE YEARS, AND YOUR TALENT WILL THE LEAVE!

Talent, doesn't matter. our products sell themselves. That's why you make money at 130%.

Heads Up. Factoid- Medicis reps earned an average of 65k to 80k in 2010 bonus plus 20G's in preferred stock. They have a blockbuster drug coming in 2012.

These people are so unrealistic. The new computer system is way way out

My division , Theracutix, is getting a new drug soon. We acquired it when we bought Collagenics.
It is suppose to be a blockbuster.
If not , alot of us are jumping ship too.
 




Galderma is not purchasing Graceway or Medicis. They are saving every penny and dime to pay for Phase 3 trials, all being paid by the salesforce lack of commissions.

Realize the other Derm reps are our competition and they do a fine job.
They are not monkeys pulling rollie bags like you assume.
 




This meeting sucks already. I heard A.P. got the boot, trying to rework the comission for us. He challenged Upper Management on quotas and payouts.
The North was carrying too much of the burden and responsibility.

Didn't really know him. Too bad
 












The greedy management is making their bonuses and taking it away from us. Thanks to our French leadership, we are no longer on top. Don't be surprised for another round of "re-structuring" at the end of the year.

So glad I am home. What a complete waste of money they spent on that meeting. I'm sure they dropped about $400,00 of our profits. The arrogance
of a group that high 5's each other, thinks visual sell the drug, and can not handle constructive criticism is why we are all in trouble.
