Yes!! It can be triggered by a change of control which specifically includes a LIQUIDATION!!!

Anyone with a pulse out there should get ready for a structured liquidation after creditors take control of the company...they are also trying to shield themselves from any kind of liability .

They are crooks!!!! All the non C-suite will get a few days or weeks of severance if that. Get out now!

I disagree with you saying “They are crooks!!!!”. Fact is ANYONE employed there currently is a “crook”, and yes that includes YOU! YOU would not have stayed for so long unless YOU ARE JUST LIKE THEM! A Fact Jack!

So true, the bottom feeders hate the top level execs but they are no better. GUILT BY ASSOCIATION!
 






























Every employee at MNK should go on strike starting Monday!! Severance pay for MT is outrageous based on his disastrous leadership!! Sick of the rich getting richer!! Hope MT goes to jail for fraud!!! Stick it to MNK management!!!

Lol. You think MT HO NM RG MP MF CF deserve respect a severance of a year or more? That is by far the worst leadership I have EVER been around. EVER. Uninspiring, they lie all the time and give no shtits about their people. This company was crumbled by them. They should all be fired tomorrow.
