So, let me get this straight. We had our team building "charitable donation" activity that was completely shoved down our throat. We had zero input on the process and were highly pressured into donating to a local charity that does not sit near and dear to anyone's heart. Lastly, we were told that our sacrificed normal team building activity i.e bowling and the dinner costs associated with it were going to be donated to the charity. So the big question, what did B.I donate? The reps contribution was enormous and we want to know did B.I give anything, did they match our individual efforts? I understand the motivation to try this to unite the sales force for a greater cause, but the execution and planning on this sucked! Please, please, please don't shove this down our throats again, all of the reps were turned off by there was a lot of grumbling behind closed doors on this one. I hope our efforts were appreciated.

Quit ur whining!! BI donated a ton at the managers meeting to a local foodbank for the poor in Phoenix. Maybe they were just trying to do the same locally at your poa, you ungrateful prick. Some people don't have all you do, does it kill you to give a little. Your really bitching bc they donated to a local charity?!!!! What an idiot!!

Being forced to donate leaves a sour taste. Donating because you want leaves a sweet taste. Got it.
