OSHA isn't coming unless there is a bad accident and somebody gets hurt.
If you want to file complaints you need to get educated about the National/state labor board. News flash, they don't care as long as S&N are following the laws... i.e. no child labor, payroll records are mostly accurate.
No one cares that S&N is a shitty employer. The laws in place allow employers to treat people like shit. Call/write your politicians. But you know how fast that will get something positive in place.
Your better off updating your resume, further your education or skills, and/or consider moving across the country to where there are more jobs; and quietly leave S&N behind for good. Countless others have done exactly this and haven't looked back.
