Spot On! Arrogance = Stupidity. Did anyone in Public Affairs coach him on the hearing? Did he do his homework for the meeting? His performance was beyond the pale! The rich get richer and dumber everyday! The Board must be steaming mad!

True and most of our managers treat us worse than Katie treated Rick. All of these pharma execs were pathetic. We all know what the industry criticisms are yet no solid answers when questioned about their businesses. Tens of millions in compensation not one intelligent answer referencing the value these drugs bring to patients and society.
Poor objection handling skills to say the least.
 
























He obviously was never in sales. He could have finessed his answers. Instead, he used as few words as possible to answer. His compensation package didn’t help him either.
