Great idea from Pfizer board...

"Ian is going to do what Ian wants, to suit Ian. He doesn't care about your job or mine, just his own plans for ruling the pharma universe. He is a narcissistic leader who over inflates his true worth. Pfizer stock has been flat for a long time. Profits down. Ian talks a good game but in the end, Pascal is a far better bet to lead the helm than Ian. Pascal invests in the science, Ian in himself. Why PFE stock holders don't get rid of Ian is beyond me. He is past his time, makes poor decisions, and can't execute. I think Ian can ride off into the sunset comfortably with the 170 million he got for helping PFE go down the drain.

Stock holders - replace Ian with Pascal. You won't regret it…"

The man is a demented POS. he likes the taste of blood and witnessing the misery of others for his personal enjoyment. You dont know what sickness lies beneath.

An accounting guy it a science guy to run new place! Interesting. Let Ian ride off after 35 year career, and have few frenchie transform Pfizer with his clinical focus. Wouldn't be an awful move. Ian needs to have a succession plan anyway. T minus 9 days til bid deadline.

Have no fear, it'll happen this week. I tender which Sunday we will receive emails on. Maybe both.

UK legislature out for couple weeks. 8-K filed late last week. Disclosure last week that Ian and Frank sold off Millions of PFE shares in anticipation of this deal lowering PFE trading price. Absolute crickets. No leaks anywhere. Bet announcement this week, first 3 days. Email will come after public announcement to eliminate leaks. By the time our email comes, this contract will be so iron clad that nothing will stop it. Those who believed the deal was dead will be blindsided. Good luck all. Think like Ian and put you and your financial security first. Be realistic, hope for best but plan for worst. God Bless everyone.

They'll overpay,an offer way too good to refuse, like when AZ bought Medi. Yes overpaid,,but Medi became the focus when frenchie took over. Pfizer Investors will balk because most go by book valuations. The tax angle is huge windfall, long term, and such very long term bennies not factored in to trader mentalities. They'll overpay. Big. And stock will take a hit for many months, maybe 2-3 years. Smart to take profits when they could. All legal too.
