Glad that's over with!!!! When I told my new employer about the comp plan they were blown away. "No wonder you left, welcome aboard!" No company pulls this crap! Total low roller operation. That company needs half the home office staff and drop most of the MSL's. Do they know anything about epilepsy or have any relationships? Drop the two Regionals and hire a new sales director that knows how to incentivize$$$$$$$$!!!!!!! The problem isn't with the reps or how they report a call in Veeva. It's the asshats in the middle!

I agree with this. Should clean house. Take a strong look at the middle management who are doing nothing. We are working for no bonus pay. What’s even more backwards is we are being paid on cartons instead of scripts! Low $ at that.
