LOVE these goals for Q1 !!!!!

Significant decrease across the board for Pediatric Reps and Ped Business!!!

Must suck to be Adult Rep and have to GROW BEYOND belief while your Ped buddies can lay down and hit goal !

Can’t wait to see that ranking report when it’s top heavy with us Peds !!!!!!
 






Hey, Squirrel Penis! Just wait til next quarter when they re-adjust to hit "the number". The field forgets this is all about a national $ target and the quota is just the language we need to understand and speak. Company doesn't care if you hit your quota or if they pay you out at 100%+ in a given quarter. As long as their financials are satisfied, they are happy. In addition, being a ped rep doesn't necessarily scream job security, so easy with the dickish taunts.

Does it really matter? I doubt most of us car every much-and this is coming from an adult rep. I know I don’t. We’re all suffering the same fait of lay offs in the very near future. And I can guarantee what you do this quarter won’t matter very much if at all as those decisions have already been made or are likely very close to being made. What matters is what you have previously done you idiot...

It’s prob a jealous adult rep that posted that.

And honestly, it’s been like that for a few quarters. Across the board goals truly are lower for pediatric reps; while adult reps goals increased much higher.

We all know it’s due to “forecast” and how the market is currently evolving, but I can see how it be construed as unfair.

But then again, when was last time IC Plan / Rankings were fair at Shire NBU.

Just wait for the contest rankings for Max Impact- it will no doubt be top heavy with Pediatric. But it is what it is, and changes are coming
 






Maybe we are getting an email to state, “hey gang hope everyone is doing well out there and we appreciate your efforts at this time of uncertainty. There has been a mistake to the posted goals, update will be made very soon.”

Looks like the OP was SPOT ON!!

I think I counted in top 100 of Goal Attainment a whopping 2 Adult Focus Reps!!!!

Especially given that many of us are going to be out job hunting having these horrible numbers. I can’t wait to get out of this company. Granted every company has its issues but this company has played games with numbers like nothing I have ever seen.
 






Ya well in the grand scheme of things , who cares ....

Remember they could let us all go on March 17, so even if you at 135% u will only get the target payout.

Besides, remember the entire— you must be employeed on 3/31 for the “extra” incentive from q3/q4 ‘18... we may never see that..

We better however see the 2% they owe us on the 401k ...
