What made the comment sexist? Because they used the word “girly”? Sounds like you are trying to attack something which isn’t the root of their comment. The “rah-rah” session filled with “yeahs” is the issue. The OP is correct, this company is filled with sales professionals mostly comprised big 40+ year olds. Try to respect and know your audience. Talking to the Salesforce like you would a bunch of children isn’t appropriate.

If I was you how would I respond to these outrageous comments... Well, deep down inside I know those comments are alarmingly accurate and I wouldn't type/say a word. While Larry Rob'ems or Ithinkicans might believe in this salesforce, I do not. Real leaders would never work for this company under the current and/or previous regimes. I am right and you know it.

It's pretty obvious to all of us how out of touch and phony she is. There needs to be a change at the sales director level and sooner rather than later.
