Grade 5 salary range

What is the salary range for a level 5 role at GSK? And target bonus? Received a pretty low offer (MD location) compared to other pharma so wanted to know how much room I have to negotiate. Shocked to see them come in so low.

Not sure but GSK loses a lot of candidates because they don’t pay market

GSK (non-sales): $160-200k (18% bonus)
Other Pharma: $200-$250k (w/ 25% bonus)

Good luck finding that information on the company website. All that compensation data has been scrubbed away. “Total Transparency” is the Big Lie.

The max for the level 6 is 205K; level 5 minimum is about 165K - I would "guess" the max is 250K at least. The higher you go the wider the bands .................. for obvious reasons.

The max for the level 6 is 205K; level 5 minimum is about 165K - I would "guess" the max is 250K at least. The higher you go the wider the bands .................. for obvious reasons

The max for level 6 is not 205!! That is the midline for level 6. That band goes to 225

FYI - the grade 5 minimum is $105K with the Max just over $200K; that is what it was when I left the company a few years ago.
