Ha Ha Ha It's great to watch the LCM's running all over in a tizzy to get everything ship shape for them.
These are the same LCM's that complain how they are understaffed, don't have enough hours in the day and blah blah blah.
These are the same ones they state they are quitting this place because they are burned out.
Here is their opportunity to show the outside world what happens when a company cut's back to the bare bones and has a high turnover in some areas.
With them running around getting the smoke and mirrors ready...they are putting their location in a position to get yet another cut back.
What the heck.......if they pass w/out to many dings...the powers to be in FL can say...hmmmm if they can do it with two PST's....let's take another away, save even more money towards our bonus and see what they do with that can of beans!
Why not they won't be back to check on things for a while again....and rub their hands and count their 40 pcs of Silver.
)never been truer, certain LCMs will paint the prettiest picture for those people, everything will be as much tip top shape as possible, equipment and dirty equipment hidden while they are visiting, charts are scanned and fixed, lists are made of what patients to pick, patients are prepped on what to say..

Pretty sad when the regional manager leaves an area with a surveyor to go to an area with none. Way to distance yourself, absolutely worthless!
Ohhhhh K boys and girls! Did your employees do you proud arranging the smoke & mirrors orrrrr did they show them what the results of your lack of leadership can do to a location.

Bad enough no raise again this year. With "passing" JACHO now you can count on even more cut backs of employees to trim everything juuuusssst a little bit more. Why not, if you passed w/such lower levels this time, take away a couple of more in your area and the fun will really begin. lol
This just in, all locations in the north east will be expected to take care of three hundred oxygen patients with two employees. Yes, you heard it right, but if you win the next contest and you still happen to have a sales rep at least they will receive some nice parting gifts.
