The main thing you need to assess is if the other company has a solid foundation and will likely be around for a while. There is zero chance any of us will be here at Pernix for too long. Either we go bust or we get bought, either way we are all out of a job. So if you think that the new job is more stable from that standpoint, you should take it! I won't be far behind you, I am interviewing now as well.

There's no certainty that a buy-out would mean we are all out of a job. It's a toss up really.
 






stock settling in under 90 cents. Will be big changes by year end. Pernix as you know it now likely won't exist. If you're good and have options exercise them now. Loyalty will only get you unemployed these days in pharma

Dude, the pitiful number of options we got are not worth anything with the stock at 90 cents! Don't you know how options work? None of us are going to make any money on this crappy stock! Better to get out now while we all have a chance before this whole thing goes bust.
