Do cso people have a work bar? Not for drinking, but for working.
.....lower, higher or the same as those regular pharma jobs?

Saw an advertisement and I'm thinking ...should I apply? Hmmmmmm.
Wonder how you deal with superstars...

What in the hell does this even mean? Can someone translate this into proper English?

I think this person means how high is the bar with cso reps. Higher or lower then direct hire reps. I think it's about the same. 10 years ago cso reps were the bottom feeders but now the bar is set pretty high. I think the same as a direct hire rep..

Some managers place excessive work loads on their cso brigade,,,,bar is insanely high. You need to either learn the game....or start looking for a better ....and direct hire job.

Reps need a workload to match the paycheck, therefore low to mid range. Managers need to cool it with the work. Reps on these contracts are not making big smackers by a long, long, long, long, long shot!
