Gore surgical division

Any insights on the general surgery division carrying seamguard, mesh etc. Good products? Work life balance? Pay? Company culture?

i have no idea about the earnings potential but in my area, Gore reps do not leave which leads me to believe Gore has a good company culture...ive worked along side several Gore reps, locally, and they have been with them for a very long time

Large territories for the General Surgery position - this makes for a difficult existence given the Covidien/Medtronic reps with smaller, more confined territories poaching your business with their reinforcement. Mesh is always a tough gig. However, people seem to stick around, and compensation apparently is based more on assisting your team and region versus individual wins.
