You are all being silly if you think this experiment called Savient is going to turn out well for the sales force. Simple math. It is not adding up. If you put your hopes on the dynamic duo calling the shots then you really are fooling yourselves.

I was promised so much, and have cashed in on so little. The NDS in particular should be ashamed of his amateur mickey mouse shit he flings around. Have you ever seen a bigger collection of mediocrity of your pharma career? Nobody to blame here but myself, but I will not go quietly, have seen to much, have heard to much, have been asked to above and below the table to much and never at one point did my boss reach out to our tiny team of his hires to shoot us straight on this company. This is everything that is wrong with this industry now a days. Time to get out of the golden handcuffs and I would dig a ditch if I had to, in an attempt to try and restore what it is like to work hard, work for customers who actually want you there, and providing a service that benefits their business structure. Savient is 0-3 on these benchmarks. Fuck this place, I hear many a rep is already 2 ft. out the door, can you blame them. Severance is going to blow, the hold overs from 2009, got nothing we will get nothing, can't even leave with a chunk of incentive stock options either, those are worthless against the strike.

You are right about one thing, they do not need me, nor you nor the other slick willy used car scrub rep either. See joke, the end game here is pretty much going to come up snake eyes for just about everyone under the VP grade. If you are under this level which is 99 per of ya, you are finished, and made a big mistake and are now going back to the nasty unemployment line where you will get about as much as you made in bonus at Savient but for only 6 weeks. TC that man and his cheeziness are enough o make one puke. A bunch of pukes, that is all this show is. over soon, have a plan c.
