That is not nice to say. Everyone will be displaced. Oncology, Lytics, MS, Respiratory we all have to see the prescribers. There is no difference in what we do.Stop laughing and start looking at saving your job or move on and get another.

Lytics by 1%. They don’t have to compete with 45 other oncology reps from other companies. Somehow they believe they they are indispensable. As for bio-onc, this house cleaning will shake some egos to their core which is most certainly deserved. A majority will not even get a sniff from outside oncology opportunities with the reputation of being arrogant and self centered. I left after 2 years which was just long enough. The longer you are in Genentech BioOnc, the harder it will be to land elsewhere. Karma is a bitch,
