The relationship with Sanofi is the biggest draw back, of course there is the in injunction just to name 2.

Patent case is the wildcard. Good company but Sanofi running the ship. Sanofi brutal to their people and your counterpart will be at a much higher stress level than any Regeneron rep. Does cause some problems as Sanofi reps hate seeing Regneron having relaxed meetings and agendas and less stress. In addition you will make more than Sanofi rep as there base is way lower. If you get a good Sanofi rep then you hit the jackpot especially if they have good relationships. Good luck

As a Sanofi rep I will tell you that the poster is spot on. We are stressed to the max and our dms treat us like shit. At least on my team, a majority of us are looking to get out of this dump asap. We would even be happy with a layoff just to end the misery.
