With most pharma companies headed for Boston, and many local companies offering fully remote positions, the degreeless moron is offering less as opposed to more perks to us.

Quality of new hires in the last year or so has been going down steadily as talented people are leaving Chicago.

And yet hybrid working environment is still considered a privilege as opposed to a right?

Fire the Fucker!!!

Coming from the field, where we don't have an option to work remotely... let me take the worlds smallest violin out and start playing a sad song for you.

The stock is strong and the shareholders are happy. That makes your complaint worthless

Face facts. Abbvie is the epitome of BIG PHARMA. They act and create a culture that defines BIG PHARMA. You want something else? Go somewhere else because while abbvie offers stability and longevity - it will ALWAYS be a micro-managing big pharma culture.
