Marty’s “good news” call was a let down. Our regional even said she’s excited for us to hear the “good news” days before the call. What a joke.
Good news? What was the news that was advertised as being good?
Or a sale-they don't want people to jump ship before a division is sold because the sales force is an asset of that division.There wasn’t any “good news”. He said he titled the call that way because he was hearing rumors about layoffs etc. He doesn’t want people to assume the worst. IMO building suspense and then having a nothing burger was not a good strategy.
