I talked to my DM and she said we’re having a company wide TEAMS call next Thursday, and the news is not only good, but GREAT! Enjoy the weekend everyone!

Way to go Kowa leadership, you sent NO Holiday, NO Christmas, NO New Year’s emails out to your employees. Let me remind you. Wishing employees happy holidays from management is important for several reasons:
- Holiday greetings from management show that the organization values and appreciates its employees.
- A message from management during the holiday season can help employees feel like they are an integral part of the organization.
- It's an opportunity to recognize and acknowledge the hard work and contributions of employees throughout the year, demonstrating that their efforts are noticed and appreciated.
- Holiday messages can remind employees of the importance of work-life balance and encourage them to take a break and spend quality time with their families and loved ones.
You failed on all fronts again! You do not deserve to be in the positions you are in!

The current leadership group does not care about the employees, this confirms it. It would have cost nothing to send a holiday email to us.Way to go Kowa leadership, you sent NO Holiday, NO Christmas, NO New Year’s emails out to your employees. Let me remind you. Even if that Montgomery brain trust pulls a rabbit out of their hat it isn't about anyone but JM. He is fearful for his job which is why he neglected the holiday pleasantries. He can't stop thinking about why he has a job. It is all consuming at this point. If Kowa wasn't kept in the dark and minded the henhouse a bit better none of this would be necessary. Karma is a bitch and maybe Jeff is getting his now. It is said that the grass is never greener. I agreed with that and kept reps at Kowa as a manager far longer than they should have. I am glad to be gone. The grass is not always greener, but grass quit growing at Kowa when Jeff Moore took over for Brad Hardy. When Lou retired the last brain in leadership was gone and the IQ of the rest combined couldn't lite a single Christmas light. None of you deserve this. Happy New Year everyone, and a brighter 2024. Maybe Jeffless.

Hey OP, you still happy or have you come to your senses?
One year from today, the world rejoices with impending peace, prosperity, and sanity
We are being lied to folks! We have been told we are getting a drug to promote since the Fall of 2023. ("Just working out the details" "Just a few more weeks") I know of three reps that resigned last week in the NE region and went onto greener pastures making $25,000+ more in salary. Kowa has no drugs to promote, we are pharmacy reps. I wonder how many sales reps nation wide have left. Good luck getting a co-promote agreement with all the reps that are leaving. The current leadership group has destroyed the once fun cultured company to work at. Good luck.
