I wonder how many of us are actually looking or do we feel stuck in this industry/company? I am looking, and interviewing and the first offer I get I will take. I used to be picky, not anymore. I want OUT.

Hilarious how management is treating the sales rep role as a pressure cooker when we're not even getting paid 100K. No thanks, I'd rather work a real sales job making 3-4 times what I get paid here. At least I'd have more dignity.

If there were only more jobs out there I think there would be mass exodus. How can people be treated so terribly and stay on for more? After my first tongue lashing I updated my resume and will be gone when I receive my first offer. No one deserves to be treated the way many managers treat their reps.

Wow! Is it really this bad? What company do you all work for? I'm interviewing for a position will Hill's right now. Am I making a mistake?
