I know this will be a difficult day and I hope everyone who gets cut lands a better job in the future. WH is the obvious scapegoat for Teva but this will occur for others same time next year.
 












Everyone will do fine. This company has been run in to the ground with the most unethical practices of any company. This place is an HR joke. If you are laid off, count your blessings that you will find another job and probably with a company and management that has some ethics.
 






























Wow, if they go down to 80 reps they will have a lot of ground to cover because if Teva thinks IST can handle the smaller accounts they will soon learn that IST is big waste.

IST costs much more money than it has ever brought in. We all know that. This is a corporate group not doing their homework that believes this program is profitable. How much does it cost to fly 5 to 7 reps each week to Fraser to be put in a hotel all week with expensive dinners out? They also pay them extra to come. These reps call their accounts and their counterparts accounts that they know are getting ready to order. Such a racket. A middle schooler could figure this out.
 












How many reps does Women's Health currently have? Has anyone heard about the details of the severance package? In TN, we have similar fears with a generic Copaxone in the works. I am sure big cuts are in store for us, as well. Its just a matter of time. Good luck to you all. We are TN are not too far behind you.
 
























Sucks I have to come here to find this out. It sucks that at TN they keep this quiet and don't say a word. I'm sorry for those of you being let go. We at TN will be next after May, when Copaxone goes generic and we don't get as many 3x week conversions

That's not what there updated severance policy says. It says 2 weeks per year. They don't want to do the the cap at 3 months idea. This company is in a lot of trouble with their ethics and plenty know it. This lay off is not going to be about numbers, performance or anything except who they decide they like. They will be keeping people that they hand pick because they like them.
