Good luck but lots of good people will lose their jobs. The only guarantee is the ELT that drove this company into the ground will keep their jobs, fat checks, stock options, endless rides on the corporate jet. The people that do the work will be screwed over.
 
















































Eventually CV will be gone. When will training stop making reps getting trained on how to ask questions.
You know it’s going to be a bloody year when cuts are being discussed in FEBRUARY!!! These asswipes in the C-suite are the same that presided over every other misfire in recent history and yet they still roam the earth like dinosaurs. Cant wait for the meteor to hit them.We all know the way it will roll out, Boner and Lerch will announce “continued optimizations” and include it as a selling point within their earnings call, In the meantime, vacancies throughout the company continue to not be filled in advance of the planned cuts. Want to see people squirm? Ask your so-called leadership about the current vacancies within your team and see what they say. These people could tell the truth if they tried especially our leather faced, Camel unfiltered smoking Sales & Marketing genius….

this disorganized and carefree operation is modeled after the tv show Severance. we no one to cover for the workload and our leadership is unqualified, untrained, or unaware how is this stainable?
 


















Only some depts were given the option of hand raising. Many reorgs going on as there is a new guidance that managers must have 3+ direct reports. Cuts next week will be heavy. Get ur resumes ready.

Didn't we just have massive layoffs? this is our 7th in 7 months&. We have the most disorganized and deplorable human resource department and no credible strategy whatsoever. Shooting from the hip$#, no long-term plan, month to month savaging@&, disorganization$#&, confusion@%&, lack of adequate headcount coverage, losing credibility externally, placing leaders in departments where they have no experience. not to mention, those that stay here take on the jobs of 2-3 headcount, without the support of a knowledgeable or competent VPs in the same situation. we are truly making up our jobs and duties and plans as we go.

Agree completely with everything you said. It’s a disgrace. A small satisfaction we can only hope for is that word of what’s actually going on here gets out to the industry and to our peer competitors. Employees/former employees who are interviewing elsewhere are likely sharing their reason for wanting to leave BMS and its because of the number of things that you mentioned.
