I’m going to agree here. The issue is how Phathom treats people. If you are let go on Monday Feb 24th at 4pm your pay ENDS THAT DAY!!! AND your benefits are OVER @ end of month. So for this example 4 days and no benefits!!! This place is disgusting and corrupt.

If Phat wants their shit back they have to pay people for the time and trouble . Otherwise screw you and good luck. This place should not be allowed to use the word Phamily.
It’s a disgrace.

Has anyone talked to an attorney?

I cannot believe pay ENDS the day we are let go!
Funny I was gonna park it at the airport and went with a grocery store instead.
This place doesn’t even treat us like human beings
 




































Be careful. Lots of bad advice on this thread. Pretty sure that not returning company car and laptop would get reported as theft… I was let go from another company and they mailed me a prepaid postage box to ship the laptop back in 2 days. Failure to comply would have had them withhold my final paycheck. Keep your ups/fedex receipt as proof.
