Good luck anti infective reps!

Anti-infective force is screwed. BID versions of Vigamox and Zymar on the market will crush a TID wanna-be like Besivance. Who cares about the minutia efficacy of a product when it still isn't covered on formulary? Watch BID Vigamox hit the market and school Besivance. Hard.

Yep and good luck pushing Zirgan. Unless you're going for off-label viral indications that product is just about maxed out on all it can do. It's an orphan product...you ain't going to turn it into a mainstream treatment! Be reasonable about it. Too bad the company expects you to turn the market of herpetic keratitis into something it's not.

Who would want to be associated with a failed product and have on their resume as their sole responsibility?

That's true. I know a few people who have just taken B+L off of their resume and said that they were doing something else during the time...and they all got hired with a solid company in med device field who never asked about B+L. This company is a resume destroyer, not a builder. Companies who know about B+L pharma shenanigans avoid hiring many of the reps and managers.
