They ALL SUCK. They are downsizing territories and burning out reps. With hospitals cutting costs, why would anyone used INTU products when it extends the case time, and costs more????
Their time in the sun is over.......................Watch the stock tumble........

You're an idiot and couldn't be more wrong. Go back to pushing your little EnSeal, Ligasure or whatever it is you push and stop lying on our board. To answer the OP's question:
There are lots of good territories to work in. Anywhere in the South Central or South East regions are usually great opportunities. Be careful when you say that ISI has "created a reputation for a toxic culture." Yes, there are territories out there that are managed by jackass CSMs and there are regions that are not as good as others. Fortunately, there are plenty of places that have great territories. Don't let anyone try to fool you about hospitals not purchasing daVinci systems because the "economy is tough". Intuitive grew 20% in 2008 when the market was at its worst. Last year we grew almost 30% and we are poised for tremendous growth again this year with all the new instruments and approvals.
Some hospitals completely hate this company, yes they purchase because they have to but as the ISI patents come up, hospitals will jump at the chance to work with another vendor. If you get a territory where they hate ISI you are screwed.
WOW...you have been drinking the Kool-Aid for way too long. You should read their earnings that just came out. Their stock took an 8% hit the day after....WHY?? because the market feels they cant sustain the growth. Plus talking to headhunter, they all say the same thing....the REPS are used and spit out after 2-3 years. What a great place to work when the churn and burn the people that grow the company. Plus their HR department is classified as GRADE A douche.
Keep resting on yesterdays successes. That's all you will have..............
The koolaid is fantastic. It's got a little Rum in it too for extra added kick.
Look, headhunters are idiots for the most part and base their ideas on reps that are quitting and want a new job for one reason or another. Yet they call me on a regular basis asking me to put them in touch with my managers so that they can recruit for us. They have no clue except that a few years ago our turnover was way too high and we learned from a lot of our mistakes. I had a recruiter try to talk me out of this job and listed off 4 reps that he said left the company because of "how bad it is to work for ISI." I accepted the job anyway and 3 out of the 4 reps he mentioned are still with the company and have been promoted. I've never been happier and have never made this much before. I work in a fantastic region and have a great CSM who doesn't micro-manage. Intuitive pays recruiters 5-10K per candidate that they hire from outside recruiters. I'm glad that they warn candidates to be careful and interview us as we interview them. It is a better process that way anyway.
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Intuitive Surgical Inc. /quotes/zigman/90651/quotes/nls/isrg ISRG -1.18% shares dropped as much as 8% early Friday, landing it among the S&P 500's biggest percentage decliners.
