good bye MA and MN

I'm in MASS and I'll admit it...it's been game over for a few years here. Even the MD's that still let you in,don't listen, they just want lunch or to see if the goodies from yesterday are coming back. I can't believe they have us reps trying to get in the offices, when managed care decides it all. My friend just took the hospital job, and he tells me the hospitals are even worse-no access, as all are 90% shut down!!

Apparently, half the sales force in these territories will be cut. There will be an overseer, kind of like a go between between the remaining sales force and the managed care force. Fewer reps and just one or two people in a position to negotiate/manage the relationship between Forest and the systems operating in these territories. Think of it as a program designed to drive sales/Rxs at a higher level than can be achieved at the rep or RAM level. No need to have reps in territories with systems that are no see/no sample. Why not try to negotiate and do REAL business with professionals who have the common sense to consider a good proposal when presented to them. This is the way Forest should have been doing business all along, instead of hiring ex-Enterprise assistant managers to run the show.

Above poster, how do you actually know this is what is happening? My sources tell me nothing is going to be changing since they have not been hiring for open positions.
