6 1/2 years and I am gone. Too much drama with all the project Hercules stuff. The robot has come a calling and I have no no compete to hold me back. The guy interviewing me with Intu said that the resumes from Ethicon and Covidien come in bulk each day. So long friends, you know who you are! I pray that all of you will make it through this turmoil unscathed or you find the job you are looking for.

Hate to burst your bubble but the turmoil is through out the market. Not exclusive to Covidien.

It is exclusive to Covidien when the innovation train left a long time ago.......now it's just acquisition, churn and burn sooner or later that business model will end and all Cov will have left is lead contaminated cheap crap coming out of china.
 






I get what the poster is saying. I will be resigning soon as i will be in the Sept intuitve training class. I was grilled about my noncompete but got a pass.
My manager told me that there are a lot of Covidien people in the September class. Excited to see you there. It was a relief to get the offer and know I am leaving all this pressure of the possibility of being unemployed after 11 years behind. Thank you project Hercules.

I don't see any of the good front line sales reps saying good riddance. Everyone is scrambling for their jobs. I would love to have a good opportunity like the robot right now.

Spot on. EVERY medical device company is cutting back, way back. Can't imagine having over 6 years in and jumping ship to be a new hire in a churn and burn company like Intuitive. Have you read their board? That party was over a while ago.

Considering how well the other Covidien people have done at ISI, odds are you will last 12 months, if you are lucky 18. Say goodbye to your life.
