I know this will likely open a real crazy topic but can someone share the good bad and ugly here, this will affect the life of my family with this, I don’t want to say what division I’m interviewing and I know that limits things, but no matter the division and I know the hot topic is weight loss, can someone please share the battle for pull through in obesity or diabetes, etc. thank you

Do NOT come here!! Micromanaged, unnecessary mtgs out the ass, horrendous launch of Wegovy making us look like idiots to our customers, and horrible culture. Go somewhere where they treat you like an adult. It’s not here!

Agreed on the micromanagement. We have a new crop of leaders and a new culture that is solely focused on a long list of metrics. This is unfortunate but sadly the new reality in most of pharma.

Outside of that, great products and pipeline, benefits, time off, auto, etc are hard to beat in this industry. Inside of pharma there are only a few companies I would look at along side of Novo.

Above post fairly accurate...

Im a long timer in the industry. Worked at Novo years ago and it was the absolute best place to work. Lots of autonomy to achieve results and very little interference. Perks were considerable as well. Then about 10 years ago it started getting bad and progressively worse in regards to bush league management practices and micro metrics. I went to AZ and it was fantastic for a while as well. But take comfort in knowing that AZ is now only concerned with metrics and busy work as well. Most of my friends at other companies complain of the same so if you want this kind of check the box career...come on over. If want your soul and any kind of stability in your career I would advise ditching your pharma dreams.

You are so clueless. There are so many better companies out there with great pay and benefits, no they are not big pharma, definitely not novo. Novo has great products and that’s where it stops. They are crooks and talk out both sides of their mouths. They didn’t need to do the 2020 layoffs, but they do what they do best. They ran the good people off to be able to hire younger, greener people and mole them into puppets, who have no ability to be autonomous. It’s truly just a pathetic state of affairs.
