Very short-sited decision not to allow hybrid work environment. Not everyone makes millions of dollars. Amount of time employees save by not communities to work, not buying lunches, not paying for dry cleaners, etc is significant. Treat employees right Gonzo or you will (and are) seeing a mass exodus. That stinking pension won't hold people. Most companies either allow remote work or have a hybrid work environment.

This will be the last of Abbvie, combined with inadequate decisions management makes. RIP.
 






The only people that are eager to return to the office are the ones that are making money. Trying to get back to meet, sell, scam and scheme how they can increase prices for bonus payouts, monetary awards and all expense paid leadership trips. Its a disgrace!!!
 
























Based on Gonzo's performance at the Congressional Hearing, he needs to retire - - - totally jumped the shark!! Bring back Heather Mason or Mary Szela for CEO position.

Gonzo does not have a degree. He's very bad on TV between the Botox and the lack of training as a CEO (riding on the Humira coattails). I think they need a young and smart CEO. It won't happen. It will be an old white gray haired man.

Gonzo's botox and cosmetic surgeries makes him look like Skeletor. Not a good look for a CEO or a humanoid.
