The new W I. Manager is terrible and I am tired of being the only one in the group with the guts to say so. Nobody likes her and she never let's you finish detailing on a ride along because she thinks she knows it all. Personally my docs have said she was terrible afterwards. Doubt you're gong to find help on cafe pharma, but I agree that they need to take a look at the management team they hired in a rush. Clearly mistakes were made and it's time to reassess.
 
























I just wish all the other team members would say something because they all talk about it behind her back and everyone is afraid to say. At the national sales meeting aparently someone got drunk and started to touch men in inappropriate areas.

JK in Chicago is off his rocker really bad again. When is home office going to open their eyes and get rid of this guy? Don't be stupid. Just get him out before its too late.
 






What's the deal with that guy? When did humilating people and degradation become a stellar management technique? I thought they were teaching empathy, he clearly failed that class.
