An internal legal investigation will begin involving MZ's team. If found guilty, and we all know they are, TFS' Legal Team will seek prosecution. That's great because if anyone deserves it, it is them. He's too stupid to realize extortion is illegal, but he's about to find out.

Hard to prove. If you're paying honoraria for speaking programs, and you have receipts and sign in sheets, this is legal. Enticing doctors/accounts to use a specific lab isn't illegal....this guy is slippery. And who's going to admit they stayed close to a manager to get promoted. Certain CSCs would show up to meetings in the same clothes as the night before...no lie.

Not so fast rookie. I was told THermo highlighted and honored alleged CSC cheats at the sales meeting

This is nothing new...company parades around liars cheats and psychos all the time, and it's 9/10 time that those same people are the one's who get promoted. Half the people who got ACE should be fired or in jail! Feels good to watch the truth come out.

Remember...these people are innocent till proven guilty, and they are making themseslves and LC, MZ a ton of money. No one is in a rush to escorft anyone out the door. For me, I can't wait to get another job, I have decent numbers, I made ACE again this year, but this place is tightening up and this business is for whores.
 






Believe me, with all the uncertainty attached, getting out was a relief. I guess I wasn't cut out for the "in-credible" opportunity. And I certainly could not compromise my reputation.

Compromise your reputation? By doing what? A speaker program for $200? A dinner where you cant spend more than $75? Giving a receptionist a pen?
 






well folks as sad as it is to say not even randox can afford to buy your company and yet here we are many a moon later in which the pale pall cast over the sales figures from both companies harken back to the glory of the annakamadanaa empire what a load of crap randox is
