Anyone else here having a hard time hitting goal? I see this people hitting 200% to goal and I’m lucky to hit 100% this quarter! What the heck gives?! I know I’m new to sales, but this is getting ridiculous

Just wait until you are 110% to goal one quarter and then the new quarter starts and you and immediately 80% or less, all data manipulation and all bullshit.

That’s what happens when you have a health quota and you’re unable to drop targets throughout the year that retired/moved/changed specifically, etc. Works out great when you get to add people for “free” but kills you when you lose targets but not the quota tied to them

Simple. Some goals were set way too high and others way to low. The goal setting needs to evolve here. If you are at 200% PTQ but have a well below average share, something is wrong. Similarly, if you are pushing 60 plus market share and below PTQ, something is wrong.

Look at the markets who are suffering now and you’ll see it. The quotas are all over the place. We have reps 200% to goal making the company a fraction of the reps at 75% to goal. Something is wrong !!!!!!!!

Lick my dirty butthole! Look at the regions where that is happening and the market share they have then get back to me

Share of screening/market share data is useless. Try and get a straight answer from anyone at exact on how a paid screening colonoscopy claim shows up for a primary care provider that didn’t perform the procedure OR bill Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance.
