It's been eerily quiet about the absolutely ridiculous goals. Maybe you are all too busy updating your resumes and interviewing?

Give yourself yet another promotion, then implement a threshold for bonus, take money off the table on the IC plan, hand out goals of 100% yr over yr growth...that's your plan to improve culture and retain reps MB and DW??

Right? Mark and Dan, and I would add Erica to that mix, have fooled everyone. This place has been a sinking ship for a long time. But under these three stooges, it's like the blind leading the blind. How on earth could anyone even suggest that any of these three were leading or inspiring people? It's obvious even to us in the field that they are completely under-qualified in their respective roles. And those promotions: what a joke! For what?
 












It’s sad because such a great drug. It’s done all it can under this leadership. Five plus years and the only needle that appears to be moving are reps quotas, price to doctors and how much money/promotions that Herman and others are making. They reward mediocrity here, not visionaries
 






Meanwhile, HL and EM rendezvous to a RITZ-CARLTON in California next week to pitch investors on the same old story. Hahaha. God help anyone foolish enough to drop coin in this slot machine.
There is no ROI here, folks!
 






This is what you have there-
An accountant as your leader.
A cheerleader who was on his way out right before becoming director.
The most shady undeserving manager in the world was promoted.
A rep who slept with her manager for YEARS was not fired.
Mr clueless training you.
Undeserving reps getting promoted.
If you have not hit goals, you probably won’t. Only getting harder.
Brand new reps on top is a joke.
Getting out will be the best decision you make. Don’t waste time

you are right, it is a great drug. but they never learn. recycling crap. mediocrity may even be an overstatement for these individuals. 2 under performing managers, promoted. 1 tyrant manager, promoted. Erica was ordinary, promoted. JH is a nightmare, still training. there may have been a few good promotions but they are outnumbered to make a difference.

Why don’t you quite worrying about the managers and get out there and sell some Ameluz. BF is laying the foundation for great things and creating a top tier team from top to bottom.
