I know some people from the home office are on here. Please pay attention to this. Marketing wants to say that the sales force isn't doing their job. Or we aren't working hard enough. So here's the issue, marketing: Sentinel makes up 75% of our comp plan and Elanco is kicking our ass here on the east coast (don't know about other places). We have to be focused on that product. You want us to care about products we get paid 1% on or Cat B that counts for less? The goals should be realigned. Also, if those of you who live in the Ft Worth bubble ever want to experience life in the real world, come get in our cars. You people wouldn't last a day out here.
