Goals on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday

Same old sh#t. We are more than halfway through the first month of another quarter with no goals. Continued broken promises.

NO TRUST in you peeps who are making the big bucks yet still can't do your job

Doesn't really matter when they hand out goals. They can and have changed the goal with a week left in the quarter. These individuals running this company have no ethics, morals, brains, skills, talent, etc. etc. List could go on forever
 












My goal went up exactly 24.5%. I have a very high market share already. There have been no managed care gains in my area. The Dry Eye volume in my area has decreased over the last six months. I’m not sure where these extra scripts are supposed to come from.

My take is they are encouraging us to create a market where one doesn’t exist.
 
















































Is this division going to update how our goals are determined? we all got an increase of around 28% (according to corporate). When I look at data there are many of us with high market share-say 35% and up. Then there are those still hovering in the teens. Managed care coverage at the commercial level has improved bit is still challenging in a few areas.
Why are those of us with higher market shares and lower commercial coverage being asked to pull the same growth numbers as those who are not performing at the national averages?
