The goals should be scrapped at this point. Payout should be on a scale based on market share. 60%-100% gets a payout. These goals are bs!

Have you read the studies or the wall st analysts? We have the superior drug. As such any rep who doesn't have at least 75% share should have been replaced already. We have become big pharma with the lack of accountability in some territories.

Some territories have different challenges than others but if you don't have at least 60% market share you suck.

I like the marketshare idea. Goal setting is awful.
