Goal-Setting

One of the reasons I recently joined Miraca is that this company seems to have set some pretty exciting goals for the year. And, I've always been a high-achiever. In fact, I feel best when I'm chasing a BHAG (big, hairy, audacious goal). I'm excited by the challenge and the chase. Unfortunately, people are very adaptable, and we quickly adapt to the achievement of goals, acquisition of wealth, or improvements in life circumstances. When circumstances improve, we become accustomed to new comforts or privileges pretty quickly. Which is probably why I'm always searching for the next challenge and the next goal. And, although I've only been with Miraca a couple months, I'm excited about the goals for the year!

Miraca is engaging in quid pro quo. The business model is unethical. The company line that an account is not obligated to send cases in exchange for software enhancements and meaningful use donations is absolutely a farce. No donation is approved unless the company knows it will be getting cases in return. This is a sham. Companies like Miraca are a drain on the healthcare care system.

Miraca is getting better at hiding behind layers of management to distance themselves from what the sales directors are doing/asking for regarding donations and inducements.

we are buying our business either through mu or donations. dont even kid yourself.

you must be kidding, stupid or just an IDIOT. Miraca has exciting goals but none attainable especially big hairy audacious goals. i can count on one had the number of sales reps meeting goal last year. you will be gone from this job two years tops. LOL
