Do yourself a favor and start looking at new opportunities. This by far has been the worst company I have ever worked for. So many fake and plastic people. The environment is cold and uncaring and they have taken TRANSFORMATION to a whole new level. The company has one of the worst reputations in the industry for layoffs and they should be ashamed. Instead of all the shameful spending at meetings, especially with the alcohol which gets expensed under "entertainment," they should be more worried about keep employees and having an ounce of loyalty. Crappy company. SHAME ON YOU GENENTECH
