Passive-aggressive, micro-managing, ego-maniacle ass clown who believes he knows more about everyone else's jobs than they do, which makes us all question just how busy he really is.....to focus on the jobs of other people.  He also has 0 backbone to stand up to Hugh or anyone else on the EC when he doesn't agree with direction of business or decisions made that effect the business.  He just takes out his frustrations on his team and other department underlings.  Does that sound about right?  He's also a creeper, who hits on reps.  He, by far, is the worst out of all the VP/GM circus freaks.
