JL is spending millions to bring our "senior leaders" from around the world to Shanghai this week. By applying a strict definition of leadership, you would be hard pressed to create a list of five people would qualify to attend this extravaganza. What a waste!
 






























Perhaps our leaders will experience Chinese ultra low quality while they're there. Food comes to mind. Anything to maximize profit, and put out the lowest possible quality product that can be imagined.

They are there to disover new and exciting uses for melamine, and sign contracts to have lots of it shipped to Indianapolis.
 






I can't wait to see the communication spin that comes out of this staged event. There will be the usual lack of leadership and effective decision making but we can expect a heavy dose of BS rhetoric!

Will Bart Peterson be there to share his wisdom on public policy? Oh yeah, the same guy who couldn't get re-elected as a Democrat in the heavily Democrat city of Indianapolis during the Obama wave of 2008. This guy is absolutely clueless and is the poster child for bad people decisions made by Lilly's "global leaders". As a long time employee, I regretfully acknowledge that this once proud and successful enterprise has no future.

His garish, sad Terracotta-tangerine orange face stares blankly into the camera as he foams out lie after vile lie as lillie's official mouthpiece. Looking like he has escaped from the set of some Irwin Allen production, like "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" or "Lost in Space" he is a travesty beyond compare.
 


















Here's the thing: They can't steal what lil'lie gives away for free via the travesty known as FIPNet. Maybe it's a 'Hoosier Horse', designed to drag their own drug discovery efforts into the inefficient money-wasting PowerPoint idiocy fests that now typifies LRL.
