The East OU upper level management needs to be cleaned up by HR and people above them. It's sad how CK can manipulate many from below and make their jobs miserable for his own selfish gains. There are many issues which my FLM has brought to his MD's attention, but the cheek has been turned many times and doesn't care about listening to reality. Instead, many valuable employees are at stake because of many challenges and miscalculated data we receive. We all realize how you and your side kicks are trying to justify your existence, however, back off and us sell to our customers instead of pressuring them for business. Customer Centricity doesn't work by putting heads on the chopping block. Wake up and look at your employee results.
 
























Things will never change, regardless of their poor report card. Upper level management loves to displace devoted people and use their red button - "THAT WAS EASY"....
