GLINT Pressure For Manager’s Year End Review

Our manager said be honest as well. I do lie a little when in terms of my direct manager just in case but I didn't hold back on leadership team this time. Lowest scores possible on any question that mentioned them. I've done that for 3 years now though. Has anything changed. They keep saying they WANT to do better. WHEN does that start? Lying to us and taking all that stuff away mentioned in Ben's email and much more he should have included in the email does not seem like they are trying very hard to do better

Even a difference this year's nsm from last.

-gifts are generic and boring
Just don't feel valued

Snowflakes are unique, one of a kind, and the snowflake on its own is of little significance and is easily dissipated. Combined with those with whom it sticks, it presents a formidable force....
Get ready for the storm "trumpanzee". I am not the only one that feels this way.

Why was Trump mentioned in your post? You had me agreeing with you until you killed all your credibility

Well since trump supporters were the ones to bring it back from when it was originally used in the 1860s as a reference as a person who was opposed to the abolishment of slavery. Or maybe in the 1970s snowflake was a disparaging term for a white man or for a black man who was seen as acting white.... Don't use terminology you don't want to be falsely associated with.... Unless you knew and you're just racist?

Ya, that's it. Everyone is racist who disagrees with you. Idiot.
By the way, please provide reference to a snowflake being the term for a black man acting white in the 1970s. Stop making shit up to try and support a weak argument

Hmmmmmmm

A "snowflake" is simply a long version of the connotation of the word "flake". Terminology used to describe an individual with little credibility, light in the loafers, lacks in substance.

Has nothing to do with color or race, nor should it be perceived that way.

Obviously your the idiot. Did you not read that the meaning of the word has changed over time? You know, like it has evolved. Interesting that Webster acknowledges that fact, yet "Mr. Stuck-in-time" wants to connect it to a challenging time in history. A snowflake can be seen as a one-of-a-kind (as no two snowflakes are alike), unlike you, an asshole, that this world has too many of.
