This was Greiner's idea! He's so full of sh** with his "it's about the patients." Greiner is doing this for the money just like everyone else. Nobody would put up with this bullshit for free. The reason they mention it's about the patients is because you can't argue against what they are saying without looking insensitive. Imagine your boss telling you to have your account pull charts regarding patients. When you question him, "Why?" He states, "your doing it for the paitents." I do agree that Provenge will benefit patients but the reason we have this kind of pressure is for the following:

* Most of these ex-Genentech idiots never had to sell a drug and are good at pointing fingers. How many times have we heard about their days of selling Herceptin?
*Our regionals are idiots and have to point a finger at someone (How many customers have they actually seen?) for that matter, how many of our regionals know the Provenge data.
*Good reps arn't heard and ass kissers kiss ass
 










































PIPs were being initiated at an incredible rate since this past winter. Anyone think Dendreon already knew they were in Fiscal trouble months ago and tried to force people to leave or get fired so as not to have to put together a severence package?
