These two clowns are peddling “leadership” models on YouTube, believe it or not. Gilot was fired by 2 big pharma companies for sucking, and Freedman was a clown. You have to give it to them, though, it takes stones to charge people money for advice when you’re rolling with those reputations.

These two clowns did nothing as EBDs. Backdoor Bob was a misery to AZ and his team. Freedman was only talks and no work. Freedman would make all of us work for him. He always told us we had to have good connections and meet the LT to stay in our roles and get promotions. He didn't get along with many people, but they had to be good to him due to his connections in AZ. His mentorship ruined my leadership career and it took many attempts for me to get my next role! Managers would not hire me because I was reporting to Larry! Nobody grew under him. I wonder why it took so many years for LT to know they both were useless!

We knew Larry was useless in New England for years. He was dead man walking until he assumed a RSD role in NY. Then lo' and behold, he was all that! From there he smooched the right a-holes, until KC knew of his temperament, his disdain for women in leadership positions and general BS. He made it far longer in pharma than he should have. He has to thank God for Joe Canning and others that helped him survive and thrive until it was apparent he was an empty shell.
 




You have to give it to them, it’s ballsy to try to sell yourself as a leadership expert when you spent your entire career in pharma sales directing drug reps to do stuff straight off a script that hasn’t changed in at least 3 decades. I guess there are people out there who are dumb enough to believe that if you have director or sales vp after your name you must be a great leader. Paying senior pharma sales guys for leadership advice is like paying politicians for assistance with character development. And that’s the good ones. Bob and Larry weren’t good.

That’s back door bob. Anytime you want to remember AZ’s response to Covid, just go back and look at that video. I’m sure it’s still out there somewhere. Classic drug company cheesiness saved for posterity.
 












What else are you going to do when you’re lazy (Larry) or unethical (Bob) and you have no marketable skills? Ah! You start you on “leadership consulting” LLC of course. Larry has some “leadership model” he “developed” that he’s peddling. I can picture this being rolled out at a pharma meeting and everybody’s eyes just rolling to the backs of their heads. These two need to just retire or get jobs as Walmart greeters.

Hey pea brain, how much does it cost to rent space in your head because these guys are doing it for free? Just because your wife thinks about other men night and day doesn't mean you should. Stop responding to your own posts too! The rest of AZ couldn't care less, but since you got fired you wouldn't know that.

Spot on. We have some really bad people still in leadership positions to address, so why talk about a couple of guys who are long gone.
 




Look at Larry's Linkedin. It so pathetic, he is offering webinars online and the only people replying are people who used to report
to him and think they still have to kiss his ass

Gilot’s doing something like that too. People need to know when it’s time to slink away and admit that they’re lucky to have a great retirement given how much they sucked.
