It's not the 2018 that is worrying, it is that there will be all oral regimens out there that will completely replace our drugs in the not too distant future. This is a reality.

de Jesus is right. I sure hope that the laughing at this news is nervous laughter and not confident laughter. Looking at the future of HCV, we aren't in a place to be cocky. Right now, maybe, but VX-222 isn't going to cut it for feeling confident about owning the HCV market in the future.

The reality is we don't have a pipeline to speak of. 222? Come on... We need a Nuc. Gilead's data is based on null responders. This isn't surprising. I think Idenix looks good because we need their Nuc!
