ALL of these drugs have risks and these patients are willing to take them. So until all of you at Biogen pull your heads out and quit drinking the Kool Aid, ANY new drug is going to be a threat......period.  Be a good rep and be prepared and those are the ones who will be ready.  These new drugs will be used so get used to it
