GIC ruined

GIC used to be a great franchise. What has happened? No one wants a partner. Set call plans? Increase in calls? Who doesn't realize the GI offices are not close together and you have to go different days to see the Dr's? Also who doesn't realize that when you ask for unachievable calls you get fake ones? Ones that don't fake (me) get reprimanded. Allergan legacy calls, fake fake fake.

We are being treated like primary care reps. Who is responsible for this? Peiser, Brodsky or Duffy? The job has turned into metrics and fake rah-rah, not sales.

Agree the training sux. The call plans/incentive are confusing. Micromanaging out of control.

Be careful home office has audited calls. I was in humuira and saw One rep per team let go for faking calls. Beware and your manager can’t save you even if it was their direction.
